Rev Philip E Henseler, Jr. Beloved son of Catherine nee McDonald and the late Philip “Duke” Henseler Sr. Loving brother of Mary Henseler, Peter (Molly) Henseler, Margaret (Doug) Gay, Kathleen (Jack) Scheible, Dr. Karol (Dave) Orsborn, Jim Henseler and John (Sarah) Henseler. Devoted uncle of many nieces and nephews. Cherished nephew of many aunts and uncles.

Graduate of Benet Academy, Bachelor’s Degree from University of Notre Dame in electrical engineering. He served our country in the US Navy and then earned an MBA from University of Texas. He then attended Mundelein Seminary and was ordained a priest in the Archdiocese of Chicago in 2000. He was an associate pastor at St. Raymond’s and then was pastor at St. Matthew’s in Schaumburg. He was an avid White Sox’s fan and runner.
Visitation Tuesday 3:00 – 8:00 PM at St. Raymond de Penafort Church, Elmhurst Rd. (Rt.83) at Lincoln St., Mt. Prospect. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at the Church from 9:30 AM until Mass 10:30 AM.
Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
